Thank you for submitting the 2025/26 LittleRidge Registration. To complete the registration process and hold your child's spot in their class, the form must be electronically submitted within three days of your initial online registration. The Physician Statement and Immunization Record must be submitted within 1 week of registration. If your class is on a Waiting List status, you will have three days to complete the following forms after you have been accepted into your class.
Children's Day Out Program
Complete all questions on the Google Form within three days of your initial registration to complete the registration process. If the information is not submitted within three days the spot will be released to the next person on the waiting list. The Physician Statement and Immunization Record must be submitted within 1 week of registration.
