LittleRidge Preschool and Kindergarten
Welcome to LittleRidge, a ministry of LakeRidge Methodist Church. Your child is a gift from God, and it is a privilege for us to work with you. Our goal is to teach your child in a loving environment that allows us to glorify God! In addition to a traditional classroom experience, the children in our program are offered time each week in music and chapel. All children participate in a special Christmas Program and a Spring Musical Program that are truly a special experience for family and friends!
LittleRidge is a non-profit Christian outreach service of LakeRidge Methodist Church. We hope your family will find many opportunities for growth at LittleRidge and we are pleased you are considering our Preschool and Kindergarten program. Preschool and Kindergarten Information
The LittleRidge Preschool and Kindergarten program strive to provide opportunities for spiritual, intellectual, and physical growth through structured play and learning activities. Children must be either 3, 4, or 5 years old prior to September 1st of the school year to be enrolled in the preschool and kindergarten program. The preschool and kindergarten program is available from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Weekly themes, Bible stories, art and creative activities, supervised free play, and music are part of the developmentally appropriate setting that encourages children to explore God’s world. We showcase our children’s musical talents with a Christmas and spring program which you won’t want to miss! Parent communication is very important to us. It is our responsibility to provide parents with information about their child’s day. We feel strongly about working together as a team with each family. We will be posting monthly calendars that will convey the unit of study/focus for each week, as well as special activities.
